9/24. Think of it as 11:59pm ET. It makes it less confusing.

September 24 or midnight on September 23rd. I wait until early morning, as the site is usually overwhelmed at midnight.

So to clarify September 24 at 11:59 Et?
I don't know. Maybe ignore me, because the poster below has different info. However, I would still think of it as 11:59pm ET, because the midnight thing confuses me too. You will be on before midnight anyway, if you are trying to check in as soon as possible. I did use an ADR calc website, and 90 days out from 12/23 is 9/24, but I might be wrong.

Sept 24 is 90 days out, but it’s at the stroke of midnight, Eastern time. So, if you live in Illinois, at 11pm on Sept 23 is when you’ll be able to book activities, because at 11pm CST on Sept 23, it is midnight EST on Sept 24. Hope that makes sense?

Just find the day for 90 days, no matter the cruise. As soon as it becomes that day in FL time zone, that’s when you book.

Sep 24 For Dec 23. For Arizona, you actually start booking at 10 pm on Sep 23, taking into account time zone difference from EST.

Don’t try to do anything one minute ahead. Or you end up starting over.

If you use the app it is when your time to cruise shows 89 days 23 hours and 59 minutes.

That is how I would calculate it.
I think that only works if you are in the Eastern time zone. My app display is displaying time to cruise as ending at midnight next Saturday in my local time, even though our next cruise is on the Magic out of Dover. Since England is 6 hours ahead of my local (CDT) time, my actual cruise date/time is that much closer.

When I check in as soon as possible (I don’t always do that), the display shows 120 days 0 hours and 59 minutes (platinum, so I check in at 120 days), rather than 119 days 0 hours and 59 minutes. We’ll be onboard the Magic at the time we can check in for a January cruise on the Wish. Midnight Eastern time will be 5 am onboard the Magic at that time. I figured this out specifically, so we can book Palo, since there have been reports of even platinum cruisers not being able to book Palo brunch if they don’t jump on this right away.

Thank you so much!

This is my concern, with it being a Christmas Cruise and us being in the last batch - my only hope is that with it being out of CA I might still have a shot.

the website, Mouse for Less, has an awesome calendar calculator tool for all your important dates to remember for your cruise. It has been a lifesaver as I also struggle to make sure I have the right date and time. Just Google “Disney Cruise Line Date Planning Calculator” and it should come up if my link above doesn’t work!

Most of Arizona doesn't observe daylight saving time. There's currently a three-hour time difference between Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) in Orlando, FL and Mountain Standard Time (MST) in most of Arizona. So, you'd actually want to be there at 9pm on September 23!

That's right. The app uses your phone's clock to display the countdown timer. You shouldn't rely on that number unless you live in the Eastern US time zone.

Thanks. I had the December sailing date in my mind; not the booking date.

I was trying to be careful with the Daylight Savings time situation, too - I used to live in AZ.

It helps having some one watch your back and proofread!
