HELP with Matalan offer re FairFX card

So I see Matalan are still offering free card via FairFX - wanted to finally get one, but when I click on the link it just directs me to the Fairfx registration page. Once thats completed there is no mention of the free card etc.

can anyone help me??

Hi,
Have you actually put in the amount you want? (minimum £100)
If so, underneath it should show something like Matalan offer free card, £0.00 (sorry, I'm not very good at explaining)

Yep done that exactly, but there is no option for the free card anywhere

Once you say you want to buy a new card, then enter the amount you want it should show underneath the total amount. You actually have to go right through the transaction for it to show (bar payment).

I have just emailed fairfx, hopefully they will get back soon. Will let you know .

because you go through matalan to the registration it is still free, fill your details in put how much you want.
if you had to pay for the card you would see the amount of £9.95 underneath the amount you want to buy
hope this makes sense!!
dont forget you also get £5 free through Matalan as well

Our system says other wise. Our system is saying you did not come
through the link you clicked on the Matalan link but then you came
through to us via another source.

Please like I said go through the Mataln link and everything should be
fine.

Our system says other wise. Our system is saying you did not come
through the link you clicked on the Matalan link but then you came
through to us via another source.

Please like I said go through the Mataln link and everything should be
fine.

Have just gone through the link above. It's an offer through twitter, not Matalan, so no free £5; but minimum loading is $20, not £100 (as with Matalan)

well I ordered my car and was charged £10 for the card and i DID go through the Matalan site. I emailed them after and asked why the offer wasn't working and asked for them to refund me - they replied almost instantly saying once my card had been received to call them back and they will refund the card fee!

there must be a problem with the matalan link!!!
