Hi everyone! I am doing an impromptu trip in December to see the Osborne Lights. My brother and sister in law have decided to join us. They just bought 2 day hoppers (we have annual passes) and I went to link them on MDE using my log in. I have added them on the "Friends and Family" list and tried to add their tickets but I keep getting the message:
"This reservation is already linked or cannot be claimed online by the confirmation number. If you have the individual ticket(s), please link to your account using the ticket ID. If you feel you have received this message in error, please try again or call (407) 939-4357 for assistance. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call."
They do not have a MDE log in so the tickets can't be linked. Do you have to wait until you receive the actual tickets that have a code on them to link them? The only 12 digit code she can find is the confirmation code that they bought the tickets. What am I doing wrong? If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. I'd like to book them FP+ since we are inside 60 days. TIA
