Help with inserting pics in thread.

Hey guys, i need help inserting pics into my thread so i can do my trip report. I have tried the button several times thats up with all the other controls when you type something out in the forums. understand? i hope someone can help. i wish i could copy and paste, doesn't work in forums.

Go to imageshack.us
then upload your pics
press done or go or somthing like that
then it will bring you to another page with links on it
use hotlink 1 i think then copy and paste the code here
that should work

i have been trying to get imageshack to work all day. i signed up and when i logged in it asked me what my password was. i didn't have one, so i read more and it said if the e-mail with the password doesn't show in 15 min. then check the junk mail folder. i don't have one, i have a spam folder. i checked it and nothing was there so i basically have to give up on imageshack. thanks for the help

I always use tinypic.com when i put pictures on here and just copy and paste the link.
