help with II trades in Fl

just saw a list of some II trades. Does anyone have info on the Flordia trades anywhere ( the keys, panhandle, Sanibel/captiva, etc) and what a 1 or 2 bedroom goes for pt wise and if its worth it. ( May or Nov)
