Help with ideas for "non" costumes for MNSSHP...

My family and I will be attending the 9/9 MNSSHP. It's gonna be hot and humid (obviously) so I really don't want to do costumes. I was thinking along the lines of orange and black t-shirts (3 of each, since there are 6 of us) with some sort of personalized design.

Any thoughts/ideas?

Lat year for DH's work he work an orange polo and then I made black triangles and put them through my Xyron and put them on - two for the eyes, one for the nose, and I think I did 5 for the mouth. He said they lasted all day at work without falling off. Easiest costume.

When we went Dh and I bought TLC shirts from Trading Spaces and wore them. Got alot of compliments on them and people wondering if we were on the show.

They have some great disigns on the Disigns thread that they will personalize for you. I got a couple of them and made shirts for my DH and I. I embellished some of them with glow in the dark paint.

or you could just get white t-shirts, put your name on them, wear mouse ears, black pants, shorts or a skirt and go as the original mickey mouse club member.

One year - we had our daughter dressed up as Lilo and the rest of us had Hawaiian Shirts/shorts and leis with signs around our necks that said - Lilo's Cousins from the Mainland!
