Help with FP+ Plan Please

Hi everyone. We've been to the world lots of times, but this October will be our first FP+ trip. It will be my 9-year-old son and I and I can make FP+ reservations in 10 days and am looking for some feedback. Here's our plan and our definite rides we'd like to get on. Could you tell me which you'd do FP+ for? We do plan on hitting parks at rope drop, except for our first day, arrival day:

Sunday: Animal Kingdom - safari, Dinosaur
Monday: Epcot - SE, Soarin, TT
Tuesday: MK - Space, Splash, HM, Pirates, BTMRR, SDMT
Wed: Studios - ToT, RNR, GMR, TSM
Thurs: back to Epcot first 1/2 day, then to MK for the Halloween Party
