Help with FP + MDE

Hi All,

We are getting ready to make our FP selections in less then a month. When I log onto my MDE, it shows my hotel reservation as well as my tickets and MM. However when I go to the FP area, it shows nothing and says I need to link my tickets/reservation and when I try it says they are already linked.

My TA says this is because my time window has not opened yet for FP. Is this true? I feel like last year I could see myself and all family members and I had time before my window opened to "practice" and get used to the process ...

Has it changed? Can anyone verify? I don't want to wait until midnight on the day it opens only to discover there is an issue ... we WANT 7DMT ... LOL

You aren't going to be able to see the days until it's time for you to make your FP.

If you booked a package that is normal. MDE FP area doesn't recognize the ticket as part of the package until day 60. As far as it can tell before that time, you have no tickets
If you booked room only and added ticket separately that is not normal (in my experience)

I did book a package. ... What about the ppl? Should I be able to see who I would select FP for? I see nothing only options to link tickets

No. You will see nothing in the FP area as as far as it is concerned, you do not have tickets.
