Help with flying into Tampa

Well after looking at the prices of airfare for NY to MCO we might be flying into Tampa to save $1000 for the 4 of us. I am looking for insight from anyone who has done this before, including limo service to and from pier.

which pier, Tampa or Port Canaveral?

If Tampa, you can easily grab a cab, a short ride to pier

If PC, i'd venture that'd be one pricey limo ride, would rent car/van from Tampa instead but make sure to allow enough time to get there in time for cruise (imo minimum 2-1/2 hour drive if everything goes right).

Happy Limo charges $586 R/T for transportation between Tamps and Port Canaveral. Renting a car should be a lot less. Rent a car one way, one day or price a car for your entire cruise. I suspect renting a car and paying for parking will be easier and less then $586.
