Hi!

I just rented a minivan at Dollar Car rental.

and I called their toll-free line (1-866-776-6667, M-F 7:30am-7pm CST) to get my membership # added - you might want to talk to a rep and see if they can help you? Or you could try making a new reservation under your DH's name and if it's the same rate, just cancel the first one.

Why not just re-book under your husband's name? Most car rental agencies will make you pay for an extra driver even if that driver is your spouse.
