I am sure this has been covered already. I reread some threads and was very confused. We have always gone during the summer so we never used codes.

I am booked for Dec 2 - Dec 9 at CSR with code ZBD (MYW+Dine Disney Visa Oct/Dec). I have seen threads on new codes. Can I use a new code to lower my rate or is it better to keep this one?

Also I do not have the Disney visa, does this matter? They did not ask when we placed this code on our ressie.

Thanks for all your help in advance!

I was coming to ask the same question as we are at CSR and on the same code as you, I am wondering what the benefit of the new code is. I know that u can apply new codes up that are available on your dates but you can't double code dip (u cant use both)

what i am wondering is if the zbd / book by sept code is better than the one out now, or vice versa?

Yeah I am still trying to figure it out. I have paid for my trip in full already but would not mind a credit on my room account.

 I think it's practically the same offer, they just extended the booking date from the "must book by 9/30" date - at least when I priced my package with both, they were exactly the same $$. Also this per Mousesavers.com:

This package offer covers some of the same dates as the previous "Season of Dreams Package" offer and offers similar rates. However, in a few cases it seems rooms at certain hotels have been opened up for discounting that were not available with the previous offer.

Probably the only way of actually comparing is to practice price your package again and see how much it adds to, and if it comes out less, then call to get the new code applied:

Good luck!

I have found the rates to be the same, just a different letter code (and different booking dates.) Basically is seems tom me that Disney just decided to extend the offer and change the booking code to keep track of which packages booked by which set of dates (for marketing purposes.)
