Help with DDP at Coronado - Lunch only quick service

Might purchase DDP for our family trip. I have already booked dinners (O'hana, Chef Mickey, etc). Here's the question. This is a family trip and some people will be staying on property during the day as they work remotely. They will need to eat lunch. What are the best options for Quick Service using a QS point? El Mercado said "some plans accepted". What? does that include or excluded the DDP? Also, it looks like the pool bar might be a good option. What about RIX Cafe? Do they accept or do QS at lunch?

Just a word of advice-I found the CS at CSR closes daily shortly after lunch for several hours. I want to say they closed from 2-4pm daily.
