HELP with cindy lunch

Hey guys we are going back home in Jan 2007. We are wanting to attend CRT lunch on Wednesday, Jan 24th. When can I call to book. I know it can be 180 days out, but when it that? Being honest---- Just to lazy to try and figure it out can someone help me out?
