Help with changing Southwest Itinerary

I want to change some flight times (and also the price of one of my flights has gone down) There are seats left at the right prices (I checked) but for some reason, I can't retrieve my itinerary from the "travel center" where it says "change itinerary" it tells me that it cannot retrieve my itinerrary. Any suggestions on how to proceed.

make sure you are putting in the correct reservation number and the name you put in for the charge card is exactly like you put it in for the original reservation. I make that mistake all the time.

also, that feature may be down.

You can go the old fashioned route and cancel and rebook. The funds, in my experience, have shown up immediately.

Thanks Gail (you young thing you. ) I just tried again...double checked everything and now its telling me that "this itinerrary cannot be changed online" I guess I'll have to call them and get them to do it.

I had them do it over the phone. My new flight time going there sucks (but they were out of the lo cost fares by the time I got this done) but is great comming back. And I saved $60.
