Help with changing POP free dining reservation

I was wondering if anyone knew who I should call to change a free dining reservation I have. I can't tell if this is the right forum or not, so sorry if this is misplaced!

Anyway, my reservations are from 8/21-8/29 at POP with free dining. I need to change it to 8/20 - 8/28 and I'd like to keep my free dining. From what I understand, there are some cast members who can make the change, but it's not through the regular reservation line. Anyone know who I should call?

You call the regular line, and if the cast member can't help you, they can get a supervisor or they can connect you with Guest Relations in some cases. But you still call the regular number.

I don't know when the free dining offer starts (haven't paid attention) but you can only get it if you check in when it's going on. So if it doesn't start until 8/21, I believe you will be out of luck.

you just call the regular reservation line. We've changed ours twice, and just did it again yesterday. No issue at all.

Just call the regular phone number, I had to change ours too from 5/29-6/4 to
5/28-6/3, Had no problems except the dinner ressie I had for 6/4 I could not get on the the 28th.

We added 3 days to the end of our free dining with no problems.

If this is the original offer that had to be booked by December then I think that the window for free dining opened up on August 14th. Provided there was availability on the original offer remaining at that resort for that date then there should be no trouble. Just do what the pp said....call the regular number and then ask to speak to Guest Relations.

Does anyone know for sure what the free dining start date was? We may need to change our ressie.
