help with booking week or day by day

I normally wait until around my check-out date before I book. we go for 21 nights and my son has special needs so the 'panic' in me preferred to do this so we had the guarantee of not having to move and move all the special medical equipment.
next year for the first time we will be there over the 4th of July and I worried about waiting and not getting a fully accessable villa so booked the first 9 nights. arrival day / check in was the 2nd so she said I could book up until the 11th of July.

she scared me a bit in that she said, knowing we will be there for 21nights they cannot guarantee we would not have to move, knew this (the reason I always waited before) but I could start phoning day by day for the next 10 nights

my question is re the 7 day rule i.e. my profile says you can now book from the 2nd July for the next 7 days (which I have just done) but unsure if I have to now wait say until next week i.e. another 7 days before I can book day 12

Call day by day to book each additional night of stay.

So calling the first day, you book 7 nights, calling the next day, you add the 8th night, calling the next day, you add the 9th night, etc.

It does make for a lot of phone calls, though.

You should only be able to book seven nights when you are 11 or 7 months out from your arrival. Then you add a night each day or wait until you can add all of them.

I was going to wait and book more of a block i.e. wait and book another 7 nights together but MS has put the fear in me that the room might be gone so the panic in me is now saying phone each day

always waited and done the 21 nights in one go, for this time of year to but its the fact we might have to change rooms that is the worrying part hence phoning day by day is the best way
