Help with booking ref number.

Hi,

Can anyone shed any light on this problem?
We have booked our holiday with Travel City Direct for November 2013. The 180 day window for dining reservations is closing in. I have tried to put our booking ref number into the Disney website, but it states that it isn't recognised.

I appreciate that Travel City will be using different systems to Disney, but how do I get a ref number that will be recognised so that I can make dining reservations and also use with the My Disney Experience App?

Thanks for any advice.
 
I recently had this problem and today is my 180 day mark. I called disney and said my reference number wouldn't work on the website until the 180 day mark.

I found it was accepted around a week earlier though, at about 187 days. So try it then. Should be fine.
 
Your tcd ref wont work you need to contact them to get the disney ref number and advise them its for adrs and they should give it to you
 

I had mine and still had problems with the booking system for ARDs - easiest way round is just too book them without your Number using an email address- It dosen't make any diff when you are out there even if you are on free dining- The only diff will be that you don't get the +10 days (think its 10). so if Xmas/ new year / 4th july / halloween dates you may be best to phone and book those (we phoned 4th july in at 180+10 ) but just did the rest using our email at the 180 mark.
