I am going to disney for the first time in oct with my children my girl is aged 4 my boy aged 7 which is the best breakfast and has any one got the phone number that i ring thanks for any help anyone can give :confused3

I imagine CRT is the 'best' as that's the most popular* - it sells out within MINUTES at the 90-day advance PS mark though, so you'll have to be quick!

The phone number is 01 407 939 3463 (I believe).

*although they're all probably great!

Now I love CRT (Cinderella's Royal Table) but depending on what your 7 year old son is like there may be better options :)

For Winnie the Pooh characters try the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom.
For Mickey & Chums you could try Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort which is right next to the MK. The advanatage of this one is that it won't "use" up a day of your park tickets (depending on what sort you have this might be an advantage) and could be done on a rest or non park day.

I thoroughly recommend Chef Mickeys - my children were a similar age to yours when they first did and still talk about it now :)

I would be inclined to choose whichever meal has the "best" characters there for your family. There are lots to choose from :)

Hi
Another vote for chef Mickey, great choice of food, have a chance to have a nosey around the contemporary hotel, nice character interaction and then just a short walk or monorail ride to MK.
Enjoy whichever you choose. They are all great. :teeth:

I love crystal palace in wdw and I also love Hollywood and Vine at mgm (you get mickey donald etc their)

We have booked the Crystal Rooms. I liked the idea of going into the MK whilst it was empty and I've read reports that the food is very good.
I called a day over the 90 days and had a choice of times available to me. This was the case when I asked for Chef Mickey's but I changed my mind and went for the CR instead.

There have not been characters at Hollywood & Vine since 2002 unfortunately :(

Real shame, this was one of my favourites.

Yes! There is Donald's Breakfastosaurus. I've not done it myself but I've heard it's good :)

Call disney dining on 001 407 WDW DINE (001 407 939 3463). You can book Advanced Reservations from 90 days before your date of dining, they open 7am US time, so 12 noon our time. Most people recommend calling from just before 12 to get the date you want, but I booked a few last month for our trip in Sept and had no trouble getting what I wanted - though it does depend on when you are going.

*If you're on hold listen to the disney songs!!*

We loved CRT (but you must phone 90days before you want to go and be dialling the number at about 11.59am uk time!!!), my DD who was 5 was speachless the whole time, but DD who was 4 spent most of the time under the table as in his words Princesses are Yuk.

So to keep them both happy we booked the Spiderman (sorry I know it isnt Disney) breakfast at Islands of Adventure which was excellant!!

we went to holly and vine in feb 03 and there were characters, oh well another off my list

The Grand Floridan has Alice in Wonderland, Mary Poppins, penguins, the Mad Hatter, Pinnochio, etc.

However, don't ever give up. I have been able to book at the last minute by walking right up to Guest Services and asking them to see if there are any cancellations or if you are staying on Disney property, as soon as you check in walk over to the guest services area and ask them to do your meal bookings. Have done every meal there is and then some.

On our 1st visit we had breakfast at Donalds breakfstsaurus & loved it. It had great character interaction.

Last visit we had breakfast at 1900 Park Fayre which is in the Grand Floridian hotel. Even better food but a little quieter.

Would def go to both again.

:goodvibes the best breakfast has to be chef mickeys by far plenty of choice characters were the best go for it

Another vote for Contemporary Resort and Chef Mickeys - my six year old still talks about his green napkin that he had to spin around his head when the snazzy music started!!! Only problem was the table photos that they took that were really expensive!! Our own photos were lovely though - some great close up of the characters!

Another vote for Chef Mickey's from me. The food is great, there's loads of characters with lots of interaction and it has a great atmosphere. IMHO it's the best !!
