Help with an Epcot design please!!

I was hoping one of you amazing creative designers out there would ever be able to help me.
In the past when I made a request for a family friend's wish trip I went right to the person whose pattern I liked and asked for personalization.
I have searched the boards for a few days now and have not been able to find what I am looking for.

I am going on a special trip with my daughter to the world in March.
Our trip was cancelled last year due to my mother being gravely ill and we are both SO excited to get away for a few days. She will turn 21 this weekend so we will be able to sample drinks together as we make our way around the world.

Would anyone every be able to create a design with the following??

Celebrating around the world!
March 2014

And maybe mickey heads with the flags in them? Or something to do with EPCOT.

I can't believe I missed that I kept looking in dining or drinks.... wish there was a smilie smacking itself on the forehead with a big DUH with it!!! Going to go through them now!
