Hi all,

I am hoping someone will be able to help me out. we are passholders, we have reservations for Feb. I have linked our ressie to My Disney experience but it is still only allowing me 30 day access to make FP+ reservation. Isn't it supposed to be 60?? HELP !!

Yes, it should be 60 assuming....

- you are staying onsite (which it sounds like you are - and it sounds like you have linked your resort reservation)

- you have valid tickets linked to your account (you can't make FP+ arrangements until tickets are linked in MDE - as MaryKatesMom) mentioned.

If you've got both of those done and you're not showing 60 days - do try refreshing (or on a different machine - you never know) - if that doesn't work you'll need to call tech support

If you are more than 60 days out the it shows onLy the 30 day window. At 60 days you can book.

We have AP and today I was able to book FP for our trip that begins on 2/27
So unless your trip begins after that you have an issue and need to call.

Are you actually at your 60 day window already (you didn't say). You only get 60 days for your stay so you'll only see 30 days until you hit the 60 day mark for the reservation. If it is in the window - log out and in, or wait an hour or two or call guest services since its most likely some big.

Do you have more than one trip booked? I ran into an issue last fall where I had two trips booked at once (a short off site trip, followed by a longer on site trip), and I couldn't make the FP+ for some of the days of the second trip because you are only allowed to have a certain number of days of FP+ booked at once (I think it was 10)

Thank you all for commenting. I am within our window, trip starts Feb 11 it is only a 5 day trip. . I am an annual passholder, all tickets are linked and current. Ressie is linked to mydisney experience. I have done this countless times and have never had this issue so I was wondering if there was something I was missing. I am going to swtich browsers to see if that helps. Otherwise I guess I'll have to call guest service. :(

Changed browsers, now i see it. It may not have anything to do with the browser. Maybe it just took the system more time to recognize the ressie. Who knows, but it's working now :)
