Help with a band name

Okay, so I was watching Late Night with David Letterman last week and saw a new band and I can't remember the name, I think it began with the letter D

Anybody want to throw out some new artists names and I'll recognize it hopefully.

I knew I should have written it down.

I tried to answer last night, but the boards were pretty much frozen. I was going to guess the band Dashboard Confessional. They were on the other night.
