Help with 2 1/2 Day MK Plan and FP

Need some advice! Here are my plans for our 2 1/2 days at MK in November. I know we will have to skip some things if it's crowded, etc., but it gives me a flow to go through the park. this will be 11/18- 11/22 (Thanksgiving.) I just realized that Splash will just be re-opening from a long closure and am thinking we should get a FP for it either day 1 or Day 2 since the lines will most likely be long, and we may not be able to get it as a 4th FP and it may be packed first thing in the morning? If so, which FP should we switch? I will still plan to ride the rides that are listed for our FP currently, including Mine Train both days and Space Mountain both days, so which one is easier to get a 4th FP for or ride without a FP- Meet Cinderella & Elena on a Sunday around 11:30 or Buzz Lightyear on a Tuesday around 1:30? Our 3rd day we are hopping to AK to do Pandora so we will not have FP at MK that day. Also, should i move anything around? I wasn't sure where to put in Dumbo/Barnstormer, and I also wasn't sure if we should start with Space and Buzz on our 2nd day and Big Thunder and Splah our 3rd day instead of BTMRR and Splash both days? If we do that, I will switch our Space and Buzz FP to Big Thunder and Splash. We will do Fantasyland first thing the first day since it is Thanksgiving and we want to do most of that before the crazy crowds show up. And I do not have my FP yet, but these are what I am trying for! Also any suggestions for switching the order of anything? Thanks!
