First sign up on the Disney website and order your trip planning DVD. There seems to be some PIN codes that are being released for around the time you are going. Doesn't mean you will get a code but by signing up online and ordering your DVD might help.

Sounds like you already have decided a bunch of things-no hopping, what resort, how many days and the dining plan.

The dining plan comes with one CS meal, one TS meal and one snack per person per night. When you have a chance see where you would like to eat for your TS meals and see if the dining plan is worth the money for you.

I booked with Disney this year, my travel agent couldn't get me a better deal. You can get a quote from Dream Unlimited and I'm sure there are other online TA.

The BBB has different packages. Check out the thread and see what package is in your budget. My niece hasn't found out about the BBB and I don't intend on telling her.

For her birthday, you are better to get the gift card or the fast passes. The price for one less day on the tickets is going to be less than the gift card amount. Sign up online to get the certificate for her birthday celebration.

how do i get the gift card instead of the free day and will she still get the birthday button... i want her to feel like a lil princess and be spoiled all trip.. she really has been taken 2nd seat to nursing school this last year and i feel bad and want to celebrate being done with her lol :o)

If you book with Disney they will ask if you are celebrating anything... as that is the theme this year. Let them know it's your daughters birthday. They should give her a Birthday Button when you check in-they will probably ask again if you are celebrating anything. If you don't get one then you can pick one up at any of the parks.

I believe it's on the Disney website that you sign up for the birthday certificate. I know that you present it along with proof of birthdate, so you can get your choice of free park entry, gift card or fast passes (if they haven't run out).

Some nice TS meals that are special but only use one TS credit are the Princess Storybook at Askershus in Epcot (photos included) and 1900 Park Fare (GF)-dinner has Cinderella, Prince Charming, Step-Sisters and Step Mother. CRT is 2TS credits and I wouldn't bother wasting the credits unless you really have your heart set on eating in the castle. Askershus is similar and is only 1TS credit.
