HELP! Windsor Hills Townhomes?

I've been on several sites (vrbo, windsorhillsrent, etc.) and used the "contact" to request info and dates and have been getting no response from people. I've even emailed family members to be sure it isn't MY email that's faltering. This is just the opposite of what I expected.

Does anyone know a reliable source to rent a WH Townhome from?

I've been looking as well and have gotten tons of responses from the e-mail contacts. Some have been within minutes - some have taken a few days because it's summer and well, some people are on vacation. We did place a deposit for an 11-day stay in January. The place looks beautiful, and with 3 beds, 2 baths, full kitchen facilities and a great pool/playground - the price can't be beat. I don't know when you're thinking of going, but I'm going in January and got price ranges anywhere from 73.45/nt (all inclusive) to 100/nt (not inclusive). If you're going in an off-season, don't be shy about asking for a lower price. Keep in mind that some of the units are still under construction - make sure you ask about construction. I was leary to rent from someone whose unit wasn't yet built - but they were advertising it.

You can go to www.windsorhills.com and submit a generl inquiry. That is what I did and within 24 hours, I had 25 responses.

The website for the Windsor Hills Resort near Disney is actually www.windsorhillsrent.com . Many owners are happy to respond to inquiries since our homes are new and we still have plenty of availability.
