Help - Will Call APs?

I ordered 2 APs through the DVC website and chose the will call delivery option. Do you actually get anything in the mail or do you need to use the Will Call certificate they e-mail to you? It did not print out very well for me. I've since read that you can't use will call certificates to order DDE cards. What do I do now?

Can't help with the DDE question although I would give them a call and see if you can use your will call order #. I would think it would work as well as the voucher #s that people have reported as working to order the DDE.

My son's AP needed to be renewed before our last trip. I did it over the phone with MS and did not receive an email....just a # for will call. All I needed was that #, DVC card and his old AP to get the new one. So I wouldn't worry. If your email is clear enough to see the #, you should be fine.

Remember your DVC card though. I was asked for that.

We received an e-mail with a PDF attachment confirming our DDE enrollement ahead of receiving our actual cards (and were able to use the letter at WDW to secure the DDE discounts)

In order to order the DDE card, you need the # off the back of the AP voucher. The order confirmation # for your APs is not the same and the DDE office wouldn't accept it. I paid the $3 to have the vouchers mailed to me.
