I have no idea who you are talking about, but it reminds me of a 3-legged bishon friese named Napoleon from my old neighborhood. Napoleon lived forever, btw.

They have calenders with his pictures on him. There's a whole website devoted to the weird little creature. For the life of me I can't remember his name to pull up a picture to show my husband. It's really small, off white and fluffy with round dark eyes and it's tongue is always hanging out. No one seems to be sure if it's even real or alive. It's really creepy!

I really don't think that dog is cute. It's kind of creepy. Reminds me of a dog my cousin used to have with his tongue hanging out all the time - poor thing had some kind of an illness, I don't really remember what it was.

Anyone else think this dogs owner has too much time on her hands?

This must be the one the OP is refering to I believe. Mr. Winkle does have his own calendar and all. Fits the discription as well. But I wouldn't call him creepy though.

Thank you, thank you! Yes indeed it is Mr. Winkle. Sorry if I offended anyone by calling it creepy. There's just something about the little thing that freaks me out. I'll call my hubbie at work and tell him. I tried everything I could think of last night to find him on Google or Yahoo, all I could think to type in was fluffy dog with tongue hanging out, etc.
