Help! What phone number to use?

We are new AP holders. We purchased our vouchers at the DS last year, and have used the 1-800 number provided with them. However, before you get through to the operator, you need to go through a whole series of automated questions, beginning with your AP voucher number, which takes at least 5 minutes to get through, even though they have all the information already. Any suggestions on a different number, or how to get through more quickly? I'd appreciate any ideas.

I was told to ask for CRO, but I dont think that matters.

Just thought I'd let you know, when we first used that #, I had to put in all that info, too, but after using it a couple times, did not have to.

I have called at least 20 times using the Disney Store number and I have to go through the entire menu every time. I wonder what I'm doing wrong.

Amother 800 # I use is 877-939-3732 (answers "Walt Disney World Travel Company" but you can make room only reservations from this line as well). You get several prompts (is this a new reservation or modifying old one; are there 8 or more in your party, have you been to WDW in the last ? years; takes 5-10 seconds max to get thru them once you know what they are asking!).
