We are new AP holders. We purchased our vouchers at the DS last year, and have used the 1-800 number provided with them. However, before you get through to the operator, you need to go through a whole series of automated questions, beginning with your AP voucher number, which takes at least 5 minutes to get through, even though they have all the information already. Any suggestions on a different number, or how to get through more quickly? I'd appreciate any ideas.
