Help! We're addicted to Lemongrass & Chili Soup!

I am looking for a few good recipes for thai lemongrass & chili soup.

DS17 & I are addicted to the Thai Kitchen instant soups--but we love the homemade stuff, any ideas?
DS also likes the roasted garlic soup, Thai style, do any of you have any tried & true recipes?

DS wil be off to school soon & he won't be able to afford restaurants or even the Thai Kitchen instants

I love thai . The second once mentions shrimp you can always leave that out.
