We are celebrating a special family anniversay at WDW (the reason for the trip!) What are the things I can have done to make it more special?

go to a special dinner and order a cake to brought out after

I got a bunch of little things and put them into Disney gift bags. A "welcome to the reunion" kind of thing. Everyone loved them. I went to the local Dollar Stores and picked up Disney notepads, pencils, keychains. Then I put in some candy, crackers, and anything else I could think of. My father-in-law was so happy I threw in dozens of Sweet N Low sugar packages. He lives on those with his cereal. Little things of bubbles work well too. I have done this many times flying and everything fits very well into the suitcase and I just assemble the bags down at Disney World.

Other than that - have everyone look at the different restaurant menus that you have carefully scaled down for your party. They vote on what they what. And then everyone has to be there for the dinner/lunch. I finally did this with some very picky eaters (dinner at Germany) and it was a certifiable hit. The veggie person was satisfied, the meat eaters were in heaven. When in doubt, go with Boma.

And do not hestitate to ask a Cast Member or passing guest to take a photo or two of your entire party.
