Help w planning...

We are currently in the process of closing on a small SSR contract (100 pts) with a Feb use year...

Closing is expected to be Jan/07 and we would like to take our first vacation May 1st to May 7th (staying on the nights of the 1st to the 6th).

Obviously this would be for a Studio and would likely be at SSR (although OKW or BWV - std view would work as well).

My questions is by Jan/07 will there be any Studios available for those dates?
We need to plan a little ways ahead so we can book vacation time through our work and such...

There's a decent chance that a studio will be available at one of the DVC resorts, probably SSR or OKW. Even though your stay is during the Flower & Garden Festival, that isn't as popular as the Food & Wine one in the fall. May is a lovely time to visit, and the Festival is beautiful.

I don't think you will have any problem at all booking a studio for those dates at SSR - even if you can't book until sometime in January. May is one of the easier months to book and SSR is the largest DVC resort.
