HELP - Veggie Dish

I need some new ideas. On Friday night the girl's in my neighborhood are getting together for the annual "ornament swap." It's a big deal and we have a buffet dinner. I've been asked to bring a hot vegetable dish. I need suggestions as I want something that tastes great, but is quick and easy to make since I have to work on Friday.

If you have a Trader Joes near you they have a Green Bean Casserole that is to die for.

I bag of thin green bean, 2 packages of Spinach & Artichoke dip, Milk & french fried onions. They will give you the recipe in Trader Joes. I made this for Thanksgiving & it was a HUGE hit!

LOL I was going to suggest a spinach and artichoke dip, something warm and creamy that you could eat with crackers, breadsticks, etc. I'm sure you can find an easy recipe online, I'd try www.allrecipes.com

We all seem to be thinking along the same lines. I saw this recipe posted on another thread yesterday and thought it sounded yummy.
