You could rent the Grand Villa (or whatever it's called) at Boardwalk or Beach Club?
Sponsor a contest that everyone in your school district who achieves at a certain level gets an all-expense-paid trip to WDW.
Definitely rent an entire park....open it up only for Make-a-Wish children (and, for a change, terminal adults, too).
Do the cruise (best suite)/park combo.
Buy vouchers from each of the sit-down restaurants and randomly hand them out to people in the park who look like they need some pixie dust.
Pay for a pizza to be delivered to each apt. (wherever it is) that CMs live while working at WDW.
Try to upgrade everyone who is staying at a Disney resort by at least one level (up to the next level of resort or from standard to concierge)
Keep thinking!

Everyone got massages frequently, went on all the tours numerous times, all the "special" stuff Disney offers. She bought everyone a new wardrobe at $100,000, and gave everyone $5,000 for souveneirs. She tipped the CM's very well. At the end of the month, she took everyone on the
