Its not about me, its about my boy

He loves the fab 5, the princesses, Toy Story, and Handy Manny. We are the fun zany kind of family, but places can't be SUPER loud. We'd prefer an all you can eat I think because DS is PICKY and I am on a diet. We are not big meat eaters and don't eat eggs. We prefer one large meal a day so I guess Lunch or Dinner would do, not big breakfast eaters since we're not real hungry in the AM.
Okay, then that makes it easier and narrows it down - since you only want a late lunch or dinner, then that eliminates Minnie and Friends, Lilo and Stitch and Storytellers, as those character meals are all breakfast only. So your only two choices would be Ariel's (all Princesses, no fuzzy characters)
or Goofy's (Goofy, Baloo, Chip, Dale, Pluto and guest stars that
could include Minnie, Aurora and the Prince, Jasmine and Aladdin, Belle, Alice and the Mad Hatter, etc.) Ariel's does breakfast, lunch and dinner. Goofy's does breakfast/brunch (that ends at noon) and dinner. Goofy's is all you can eat - no menu - but there are TONS of options. Everyone can be satisfied there. Ariel's appears to serve family style, but I don't think it's all you can eat. Goofy's can get very lively, but I don't think it's TOO loud. They do the macarena at one point, but it is not ongoing. Just lasts a few minutes.
I think Goofy's may be the best choice for you - and I am not saying that because it is MY favorite DLR restaurant (because I prefer the breakfast over the dinner). I am saying that because there is a mixture of face characters and fuzzy characters, so you can have the best of both worlds.
If you want to see my Goofy's pictures from 1992 - 2008 to get a sense of the characters we have encountered there over the years, check out my TR (link is in my signature below)!!
