HELP!! Transportation to Ft. Lauderdale!

Hi !!

I need your help!
We're flying home from Fort Lauderdale - and not Orlando ( unfortunately !!). But.... How do we get there ( besides trains and busses ). We thought about renting a car, but can you do that....we only need it for about 4 hours and 250 miles. There's also the possibility to take a shuttle - but that's expensive, or ??

We have flown into Orlando and flown home from Fort Lauderdale and we always rent a car. Now, I rent it for my entire stay, but you shouldn't have a problem renting it for the one way drive. Just when you rent it, you'll have to put in a drop off time for the hext day. In Florida there is no additional charge to drop off at another Florida location. My guess is that you'll be charged approximately $50 for the car, and gas will cost you $20. So good luck!! ! It's a very easy drive!!
