Help to get to Level 3 POTC

Hello I need a little help. I beat Level 2 pirates 10 times and I got a message that said to go visit Pirate whats-his-face at the treehouse in order to play level 3. I went to visit him and clicked on him and nothing happened except the normal 20 credits. I tried to search for posts about this but the search feature of the DIS board never ever works for me. It times out or gets a 505 error every time. So can anyone tell me if there was something else I was supposed to do? Every time I try to play level 3 it tells me to win 10 times and then go visit the pirate.

Have you tried just going to try to play level 3? I never got an official message, I just tried it and it worked.

When I got the what-his-face message, I went and clicked on him, got 20, and nothing else, But still got to play level 3.

Maybe they haven't updated the e-mail for the new POTC game. Just an idea.

I did try to play after clicking on him, but it still says that I need to go visit him!

What do you mean by updating email?

I got the message after 10 level one games and one level 2 games. you still have to play 10 level 2 games and there will be no message you can play level 3. Just try it and it works. I suspect you dont quite have ten games in yet on level 2. This happened to me and my husbands account when I played it.

I will use this topic to ask this because it's related.

How do we get the level 3 pin from the new game ? Because I won ten times at level 3 and got back in the pirate's house, clicked on the captain, and i can't get the pin

I meant because they redid the game they might have not redid the messages.

I just played level three without ever getting a message about it.

Barbday62, thanks, that might be what happened, I haven't been keeping count just read the message, maybe I read it wrong before deleteing. I'll check back in once I've won 7 more times (I know I've won 3 times!)
