Help, Taxi from AK lodge to DTD

Hi I wonder can anyone help.
I am looking into checking in with Virgin at DTD, however I need to take my cases from AK Lodge via Taxi as I am not driving.

Firstly how far is DTD away from AK Lodge,
and secondly how much roughly would it cost via Taxi.

Any help is much apprieciated.

Hi, we did this on Saturday 5th August - it cost us approximately $18 DTD is right the other side of WDW, but we didn't find the cost of the taxi too bad, especially as a taxi from DTD to the premium outets cost us $15. We got a van via checker cabs/mears

How about the free Disney bus service to DTD? Not sure if possible to use it with your cases.
