HELP! SW fare drop how do I rebook???UPDATE!

I need to cancel 4 tickets and rebook them at a lower fare...

HOW do I do this?

do I cancel the reservation, and then rebook? or do I "change the reservation"???

HELP!!!!!

I called SW, and the lady cancelled my first reservation- which was 1050.00. she then told me to rebook online- using the redsox code, and then click apply ticketless travel. After I did that, and confirmed my new itinerary...I SAVED

$398.04

We now have $400 to apply to our trip either in February or November.

DH was a bit "what was the point of that" if we didnt get our $$ back...but once I said "anyone can use the $$" not just the 4 guys who are going on this trip, he was okay with it. I explained how normally airlines charge you 150 bucks a ticket to change etc...

YEAH! REDSOX!

Is it a private code, or something that anyone can use?

thats not the code...it's a "redsox code" you have to be a rapid rewards member to get the email... I'm not sure if I'm suppose to put the code up here..????

I just called them and I cannot save the 20% because it is only for SELECTED members.. I did not get that email.. wah!

Did anyone else have luck with it without getting that email?

It is not sent to everyone, just selected Rapid members.

Man, oh man - I got my e-mail from them this week - and didn't read it.
