Help required Questionnaire for Sons Dissertation

Hi,

My son is doing his dissertation on 2010 FIFA World Cup, due to be held in South Africa. The purpose of the survey is to find out South Africans' views on the World Cup and the affect it will have on the tourism industry.

So i was wondering if any of you have South African friends/relatives who would be willing to take part in the attached survey.
