HELP! Quickly!

My dd9 wants to make her dad a Liberty Tree Tavern dinner for fathers day and we need to know what makes those mashed potatoes so darn good! Anyone have the recipe??????

I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner, but if you'd like a recipe for another time....

I looked through my Disney recipes & don't have one marked for LTT. I was sure I'd seen one...I seem to remember thinking it was almost the same as the one at Chef Mickey's.

CHEF MICKEY'S MASHED POTATOES

2½ lb peeled potatoes
8 oz butter (2 sticks)
2 c hot milk
¼ c grated parmesan cheese
3 oz scallions chopped
1 Tbl salt
1 Tbl pepper


Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks and boil about 15 minutes until tender. Mash, using a potato masher or a heavy fork. Put back in the pot with the butter, cheese, scallions and milk. Blend well, adding salt and pepper to taste. (Do not use a food processor for this recipe.)
