Help! Questions for Bay Lake Towers

Hi, Can anyone tell me if the blow up swimmy arms are allowed in the resort pool or do you have to have life guard approved devices? I am trying to save room on packing. Also is there a can opener in the studio room kitchenette? Thanks for the advice!
