I'm not sure if this is the right board, but I have just spent the past 30 mins. trying to locate an email address in order to contact Disney about the problem I had ordering a Disney Princess enchanted phone call. I have a special promotion code, but it won't take the code as it says it's expired (there is no date printed on certificate from my DVD) or it's been used - it hasn't been used as the computer wouldn't take it! I am about ready to scream, so I figured someone on here would know whom to contact regarding this. There is a Help button on the site, but of course, it doesn't work either! I searched through all FAQs, etc., but no luck.
