Help !! Priceline for Airport Hotel ?

Hope someone can help.

I would like to try Priceline for an Airport Hotel in Orlando.

We fly out on Tuesday (10th August) and require a Hotel for 1 night before we make our way down the Gulf Coast the following day.

I've done a search, but there is so much to read, and it is all too confusing with such little time.

Can we use the .com site or should we use the .co.uk site being from the UK ?

Can I use Priceline at such short notice ?

What proof do I have if I win a booking ?

If anyone has used Priceline recently and can guide me along I would be extremely grateful.

Excellent Holly! I was going to post to say I had never used Priceline but that it looks quite straightforward but I thought that would be no help at all to you. I'm glad you sorted it out!

I know you're sorted but for future reference.
I prefer http://www.hotwire.com At least you can pick the price you pay. I like hotwire because sometimes you'll find a 4* cheaper than a 3*. I think the onus is less on you , the punter, to decide on your price. It's also easier to check what the "going rate" is.
