Will you be staying onsite? If so, contact their Grand Gatherings for help with your ADRs and other reservations.
There are several discounted tickets out there. For active military, there are the Military Salute tickets. Florida residents qualify for their own special discounted passes. Some have blackout dates. If you are attending a convention or meeting in Orlando then you might be able to get tickets from them. You might also want to have people in your group check with their employers to see if they have discounted tickets.
And if all else fails, then there is the Mousesavers discount at Undercovertourist.
We did the YES program through individual enrollment (which is ony offered on certain dates). If you get your own group of 10 students together, you can set up a class on any day that works for your schedule. I believe you get discounted tickets for each student, plus one discounted adult ticket per student. I think you may also get one or two free tickets for the coordinator of the group. To give you an idea of the discount, we paid $194 for 10 day park hoppers. Regular kids price is $293 and adult is $316. That kind of savings adds up quick with 21 people! If you have fewer than 10 students, you can try to get other DISers to join your group. I've seen a few threads where peple have done that.
