Help, Please. I'm confused

We've been members since '92, but my DH has always taken care of this and since he has health issues the responsibility is now mine.

I'm afraid to bank our points without checking with someone and MS is closed. Our use year is August, so I know I have to bank them by the end of this month.

If I bank our '08 points now does that mean they get put into the August '09 use year? If so, does that mean we can use them anytime until July 31, 2010?

I really thought I understood all of this, but now that I actually have to take care of it I'm afraid I'll mess up.

That is correct. You will be banking your 2008 points (which expire on 7/31/09 and must be banked by 3/31/09) into your 2009 use year (which runs from 8/1/09 - 7/31/10).

Sounds like you do know what you're talking about!
