Hi
I know little to nothing about the restaurants at WDW. We usually eat in our condo, snack, or fast food.

I am getting free breakfast vouchers with my ticket order, so I need to figure out where to have breakfast.

I would like a character breakfast- I have DD 15, and DS 6 and 9, so I don't need princesses.

We would not be going on a park day, so a non park restaurant.

Prefer a buffet with halfway decent food.

I am going the end of Oct, and would probably go for breakfast on Sat(10/25), Sun(10/26), Mon(10/27), or Sat/Sun 11/1 or 11/2.

I have missed the whole 90 day thing for making a PS. Are there any places I could still get one, or can we just show up and expect to get seated?

What kinds of hours can we get breakfast?

Thanks for your help!

I can only tell you we always go for the character breakfasts! Ate at the Crystal Palace one New Year's morning - Pooh, Eyeore, Tiger and Piglet were there. It was a buffet, big selection! My kids and 29, 23, and 18 - we loved it!!! That was about four years ago. We also ate at Chef Mickey's, great food and a HUGE selection, but that was for dinner, not breakfast. I do believe they have breakfast, though.

You might want to check out Cape May Cafe at Beach Club. They have a buffet character breakfast, and they have a good selection of good food. The restaurant isn't too noisy or crazy like Chef Mickey's, so you can enjoy your meal.

They serve breakfast from 7:30AM - 11:00AM. They have the following listed for their buffet:

Scrambled Eggs
Western Omelet
Roast Beef Hash
Mickey Waffles
Pancakes
Grits
Biscuits and Gravy
Bacon and Sausage
Hash-Browned Potatoes
Muffins, Bagels, Danish
Assorted Toast on Request
Oatmeal
Warm Bread Pudding
Fruit Salad
Seasonal Fruit
Cottage Cheese
Yogurt
Egg Beaters on Request

We went in July without a PS around 10AM and were seated within 15 minutes. You could still call for a PS and probably get one. It's always worth a shot.

Another vote for Cape May Cafe. The food is good; you'll see Goofy, Chip & Dale (I think); and you shouldn't have any trouble making a PS (we've even gone without, and not waited very long). I don't feel rushed there like I do at some other character meals.

Head over to the Polynesian for breakfast at 'Ohana. It gives you the island feel, and you can take the monorail loop after for fun!
