I just tried to make a payment online. In the first 'My Disney vacation" page, it showed a balance. When I clicked "make a payment" the options were "pay a partial amount" or pay balance $0.00....
well, I entered the CC info after selecting "pay balance", assuming it would let me pay since there truly IS a balance.
After the processing screen, I got back to the page where you enter the info. No error message, no confirmation....
So I called and asked if it went through, they just showed the deposit. I went ahead and made the payment over the phone, but now I'm just wondering how long it will take before the online page is updated.
I just want to make sure it wasn't paid twice..... and that it definitely got paid at all!
Any thoughts?
