Help! Our cruise activities have gone!

Just went to check on our cruise activities online and they are no longer showing!

We had a couple of excursions and a Palo dinner reservation booked but no sign of them now! We sail in 42 days and I'm hoping it's just an error with the site, we might be able to rebook the excursions but not the Palo reservation.

Has this happened to anyone else?

When you log into your reservation and click "My Cruise Activities" what do you see?

It shows all the days but no activities on any of them. It did before after we booked them.

Did you "confirm" on each activity when you booked them?

And did you print out the confirmation? Or the email confirmation that you received afterward?

If you did, I'd be calling DCL (with papers in hand) and tell them that your activities aren't showing but you have the confirmations printed.

I would not worry about the Palo dinner. You can book it on board. We have never had a problem getting the night we wanted (and the time). On the last cruise we went on (Fantasy) the couple that went with us booked dinner for 2 nights with no problem. What cruise are you going on? If it is the Fantasy (which I think it is because it says 42 days before you cruise) we will be on that one also.

Yeah, they were confirmed and I had an email sent to me too. I did forward this onto DCL yesterday but not had an answer yet. I'll wait until Monday and call them if I haven't heard anything.

Yeah we are on the Nov 10th Fantasy sailing, not long now!
