My two daughters and I will be at Disney for three days before my husband arrives. We need help in choosing resort restaurant to try. We have tried Kona cafe and will be having dinner there on the day we arrive. Will are staying at VWL and haven't tried any other resorts for lunch or dinner. Any suggestions would be helpful.princess:

At Old Key West, over the years since we have owned at OKW the menu selection and food has improved vastly.I think a lunch or dinner would be great for you to try. They have a great Key Lime Pie.I think you will find service and food great.::yes:: :wave2:

Are you planning to dine mostly in the MK resort restaurants? Lots of great choices there. Besides Kona, some of our favorites include California Grill, Narcoossee's and Citricos for dinner. Grand Floridian Cafe is a favorite of ours for lunch and they have started serving dinner again. In WL, Artist Point can be very good and I would certainly try it since you will be right there.

Haven't tried it for about 20 years:D , but lots of people report enjoying the buffet at Trail's End at FW. HoopdeDoo is great fun for a dinner show. For both these, you could take the boat to FW.

My first thought is since it's just going to be you and the girls for that part of your trip why not try eating at the Grand Floridian? I know the GF appeals to males too but it is so pretty and elegant it seems like a fun place to have a "girl's" lunch. I haven't been to the afternoon tea yet but would like to if dd and I get some girls alone time. If that doesn't appeal to you I hear the Grand Floridian Cafe has good food and nice ambience.

Lunch or breakfast at the Grand Floridian Cafe is a great choice.

Artists Pointe is nice at WL. California Grille or Concourse Steakhouse at CR are very good (CG is great) and very close to VWL.

Thanks for your help. I think we are going to try the Grand Floridian Cafe. We are not limited to Mk resorts, we like to try others. So far we have tried Kona Cafe and Concourse Steakhouse, both very good.:D
