HELP - Never been in November

I have been to Disney several times...but always in Sept. This year we are going in November...or hoping too. I havent seen any deals or offers for Nov. we are going sometime w/in the first two weeks. I just got a room discount but the 1st 2wks in Nov are blocked out. Does anyone know if they offer free dining during this period? Is this still the hurricane season? What is the weather like then? I have a work convention and they will put me up in either the Boardwalk, Omni, or Disney Hilton...Ive never stayed at any of them...typically just the POP or CS - the company is paying for 4 days and then we are switching to a value resort for the rest of the vac...anyone ever move hotels? How much of a pain is it? Thanks I really appreciate any tips!
