Help needed!!

So I have just realized that I don't have any dinner plans for one of the days that we are in Disney. I am not sure what I was thinking or planning. Any way we will be at Magic kingdom this day. We also have some family members coming up late that afternoon to join us. I was thinking that it would be nice to be able to go some where for a nice meal.

So after some research I think that these three restraurants can fit our needs, however I don't know if any one of them is better than the other. My choices are Kona, Whispering Canyon Cafe or Captain's Grill. I was thinking about a late dinner, maybe 8ish. My question is are any of these restraurants a good spot to see fireworks, parades, anything special? I haven't been to Disney in such a long time I can't remember.

I do know you can't see the fireworks from Kona or Whispering Canyon.

That said, we love WCC. It is a fun place with good food.
It's close to MK and is a relaxing 10min boat ride from MK.

Haven't been to the others, but know Kona well. We always plan to eat there, but Ohana wins out everytime.

I love Kona so it gets my vote!!! WCC second....totally opposite experiences as far as atmosphere and food.
